Looks like your thoughts on this were right on target. The Federal judge said pretty much the same and tossed the case.

Sadly, somebody had a huge problem with people commenting on the video, and posted literally dozens of bogus comments with fake handles, until I decided that the entire conversation had become deranged beyond repair.

Suffice it to say, I won’t have anything to do with covering this controversy anymore. Politics attracts all manor of marginal personalities, and sometimes they don’t have good intentions at heart.

Excellent article. Really well reasoned and defended. I’m going to quote some of it in a future story about the lawsuit.

And on behalf of the rest of the state, I’d like to offer an apology for ignoring the eastern half. The 2nd Congressional District has plenty to offer if you’re into casino gaming or…what is it you have to do there again? LOL
